    I Love it!

    Honestly the best workouts are in here. Due to the coronavirus I haven’t been able to access the gym but these workouts keep me in shape and work up a sweat. Sometimes I’ll do extra reps if I need too. Thank you Ana Cheri for this!

    It's great! Soo good. It kicks your butt!!! But before you know it you're done!!! Its really good!!! I'm on wk 3 right now and I'll update you after the 4 wk 8 wk and 12wk to see what we got. It's missing some of the workouts in the pictures but it's easy to look up on YouTube.
